Seller certifies that this puppy is, to the best of her knowledge, healthy at the time of sale. The puppy will have been wormed, and Vet checked before being released to Buyer. The Seller will provide health records. Validation of this guarantee requires that a state licensed Veterinarian examine this puppy within 48 hours of the day Buyer purchases the puppy, at Buyer's expense. If this dog is determined to have a major health defect, he/she may be returned to the seller for an exchange or refund at the Buyer's expense. Proof must be shown by Buyer's Veterinarian and validated by Seller's Veterinarian of major health defect. In the event of the death of the puppy within 48 hours of purchase, a licensed veterinarian must perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death at Buyer's expense. The report from the autopsy must be sent to Seller's Veterinarian for review. If it is then determined to have had a major health defect, the puppy must be returned to Seller before an exchange or refund is given. This guarantee does not cover death due to neglect nor abuse. This guarantee does not cover: Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Hernias, Weight, Breeding ability or any other standards of this puppy. This puppy is sold as pet quality only. Puppy has been kept indoors and only exposed to people and pets living within the home of Seller. Therefore, Seller is not responsible for anything the puppy has been exposed to after the pup has left Seller's hands. Seller is not responsible for immunity level, mites, pneumonia, mange, heatstroke, ringworm, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, and ear infections once puppy has left Seller's hands. Vaccinations are the responsibility of the Buyer to start around 8 wks. Therefore this gaurantee does not cover any viruses the puppy obtains after leaving Seller's hands. Buyer is responsible for keeping their puppy away from contaminated areas, out of the heat and cold drafty places. Guarantee is not valid if sold to a third party. The Seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian bills the Buyer May incur regarding said puppy.

Buyer is responsible for keeping puppy isolated from any outdoor areas, and away from animals not living within the home until after 2 weeks post the last puppy vaccination is given. Seller recommends any animal within the Buyer's home that the puppy is exposed to, should be current on all vaccinations, heartworm combo treatments, and flea treatments. It is recommended that the Buyer start the puppies vaccinations around 8 wks of age and complete a series of puppy vaccinations of their Veterinarians schedule by 16wks of age. Then Boostered every year there after.
